By improving your body’s stability, the range of motion and functional strength, this class will help correct any muscles imbalances and movement patterns.

The course will also utilize various tempo’s, rep schemes and super sets to challenge your body continuously to perform outside its comfort zone.

MP[Lift] is a 60-minute dedicated lifting class designed to increase lean muscle mass while developing your upper and lower body strength. We introduce a variety of lifting patterns to challenge your body to avoid any muscle plateau. This class is perfect for those looking to strengthen and tone their entire body while boosting overall strength.
